저희는 JIEAF 페스티벌에 있어 환경 문제와 자연과 인간의 유대를 중심에 두고 있습니다. 
청중과 그 주변 환경에 대한 감정적 연결고리를 만드는 것도 중요하기 때문에, 자연적인 대상들도 중심으로 둡니다. 
우리는 우리가 사랑하는 것만을 보호하고 돌볼 수 있을 뿐이며, 그/그녀/그것의 감정을 진정으로 알 때 누군가를 사랑합니다. 
그렇기 때문에 저희는 전문 공연자와 비전문 공연자 그룹을 위해 3일 간의 워크숍을 조직할 계획이며, 그 기간 동안 우리는 인간의 모든 감각을 이용하여 주변 자연과 애정 어린 유대감을 형성할 것입니다. 
우리는 소리, 냄새, 촉각, 움직임, 무게감, 접촉감 등을 이용하여 소통을 할 것입니다. 깊게 듣고, 무게와 중력 실험, 집단 토론, 맞닿는 즉흥연주 등의 도움을 받아 제주도를 통해 감각의 경로를 만들겠습니다. 이 워크샵의 결과로, 상호작용하는 공연인 TENSE IN SENSE는 관객들을 제주의 의식 - 느린 걸음, 제주의 정신을 담은 춤 - 에 초대할 것입니다.

워크숍을 하는 동안 눈을 감고 상상력을 새로 일깨우는 등 모든 감각 속으로 참가자들을 초대할 예정입니다. 상상력의 도움을 받아 기억 속의 시간과 공간을 지나며 여행할 것입니다. 그리고 우리 몸의 도움으로, 우리는 주변환경 속에서 완벽한 ‘이곳’과 ‘지금’의 순간을 찾을 것입니다. 
바람과 함께 노래하고 돌과 함께 구를 것입니다. 우리는 지구처럼 무거워지고 새처럼 가벼워질 것입니다. 저희가 편안하게 느끼는 저희만의 공간에서 이를 행하겠지만, 약간의 경계선은 겹칠 수도 있습니다.

워크샵 참가자는 워크샵 후 공연에 참가하도록 초대됩니다. 저희의 목표는 관객으로 온 사람들과 저희가 받은 경험을 공유하는 것입니다. 참가자들은 상호작용하는 공연장에 대해 잘 알게 될 것이며, 관객들이 그들 자신의 경험에 참여하도록 시도할 기회를 갖게 될 것입니다.

저희는 이 워크샵의 참가자들 가운데 시각장애인과 시각적인 부분이 약한 사람들, 음악가, 댄서, 작가처럼 특별한 필요를 가진 사람들이 있기를 원합니다. 이는 무대나 사회에서 변화를 일으키고 차이점을 기념하기 위한 저희의 임무 중 하나로 생각하는 부분입니다

Tense In Sense

Our idea for JIEAF festival focuses on environmental issues and a research around the human bonds with the nature. For us as it is important to create an emotional contact of audience and its surroundings, in this case the natural objects. We believe that we can only protect and care for what we love, and we love someone when we sincerely know how he/she/it is feeling. That is why we are planning to organize a workshop of 3 days for a group of professional and non-professional performers during which we will use all of the human senses to create a loving bond with the surrounding nature. We will use sound, smell, touch, movement, a sense of weight and contact to communicate with it. With the help of the of deep listening, weight and gravity experiments, group discussions and contact improvisation we will create a sensory route through the inner nature of the Jeju Island. An interactive performance TENSE IN SENSE, as a result of this workshop, will invite the audience to join us in a ritual - a slow hike, a dance with the spirit of Jeju.

During the workshop, we will invite the participants to play with all of their senses by closing the eyes and re-awaking their imagination. With the help of out individual imagination, we will travel though time and space in our memories. And with help of our bodies, we will look for a perfect moment of HERE and NOW with our surroundings. We will sing with the wind and roll with the stones. We will become as heavy as the Earth and as light as a bird. We will do it in our own comfort zones, but overlapping the borders just a little bit. 

The participants of the workshop will be invited to join the team in a performance after the workshop. Our goal will be to share the experience we will receive with those who came as the audience. The participants will gain the main knowledge of interactive engaging theatre and will have a chance to try and involve the spectators in their own experience.
